Unofficial Transcript

A student’s unofficial transcript can be accessed through the Academic Record application in YES. This allows for a quick way to obtain and review a student’s record without ordering an official transcript.

Navigating to the Academic Record

  1. Log in to YES (Your Enrollment Services).
  2. On the student landing page, click Academic Record.

Downloading the Unofficial Transcript

In the Academic Record, students will have access to download an unofficial transcript. 

  1. Under the arrow in the top right corner, select Unofficial Transcript.
  2. A “Generating Unofficial Transcript (please wait…)” notification will appear while the transcript is being created.
  3. Once downloaded, you can save and print as necessary.
  4. Be sure to log out of YES when you have finished using the application.
