Transcripts

Current Students

Please order your transcripts online in YES (Your Enrollment Services). Secure electronic delivery is available and is the fastest method of delivery at this time. For transcripts to be sent via U.S. Mail, please allow additional time for delivery.

*Students are advised to review their unofficial transcript via the Access to Academic Information application in YES to ensure that all desired grades have been posted prior to ordering a transcript.*

Alumni

Alumni can order transcripts online. Secure electronic delivery is available and is the fastest method of delivery at this time. For transcripts to be sent via U.S. Mail, please allow additional time for delivery.

Third-Party Ordering

Vanderbilt offers third-party ordering for individuals to request transcripts on behalf of others. More information is available here: https://www.parchment.com/third-party-ordering/. The cost is $15 per record.

Secure Electronic Delivery

Secure electronic delivery of transcripts is available for students who entered Vanderbilt in Fall 1979 and beyond and is the fastest method of delivery at this time. For more information about Secure Electronic Delivery of your official transcript, please see Secure Electronic Delivery FAQ.

Costs

There is no additional fee for a transcript. All students are assessed a one-time lifetime transcript fee during their first semester. 

Allied Health

For Allied Health program transcripts, please contact Kristen Smith at kristen.smith@vumc.org

Holds

University policy prohibits issuing transcripts to any student with outstanding financial obligations to the university. Questions regarding your student account should be directed to (615) 322-6693 or (800) 288-1144.
