The Office of the University Registrar is located at 2305 West End Avenue. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (Central Time), except for the following university holidays when the office will be closed:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Winter Break: Wednesday, December 24, 2025 – Thursday, January 2, 2026

Parking

One hour guest parking is available free of charge on the second floor of the Baker Building parking garage. The garage entrance is located on Terrace Place.

  • Directions from Downtown/I-40

    Take Broadway from downtown. At 16th Avenue, Broadway splits off to the left. Stay in the right two lanes and continue onto West End Avenue. Turn left onto 21st Avenue South (one-way street). Turn right onto 21st Avenue (one-way street). Turn left onto Terrace Place just past the building to find the parking garage entrance on the left. The Office of the University Registrar is located at 2305 West End Avenue.

  • Directions from 440 Loop

    Exit at West End Avenue East. Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Murphy Road. At first traffic light, turn left onto West End Avenue. Follow West End Avenue down to 21st Avenune South. Turn right onto 21st Avenue (one-way street). Turn left onto Terrace Place just past the building to find the parking garage entrance on the left. The Office of the University Registrar is located at 2305 West End Avenue.

  • Directions from Franklin/Brentwood Area

    From I-65 take a left on Wedgwood. Follow Wedgwood to West End Avenue and turn right. Follow West End Avenue to 21st Avenue South. Turn left onto 21st Avenue (one-way street). Turn left onto Terrace Place just past the building to find the parking garage entrance on the left. The Office of the University Registrar is located at 2305 West End Avenue.
