YES Applications
Students may access the following applications through the YES portal:

Academic Record
The Access to Academic Information (AAI) application allows students and advisers to review students' enrollments, transfer credits, and academic program information (major, GPA, etc.).

Alcohol Edu, Haven, and Haven+
The student accountability modules are only available to incoming students.

Anchor Link

Billing Portal

Brightspace
Brightspace is a learning management system. Information and instructions are available here.

Course Eval Results
The Course Eval Results application allows students to view course and teaching evaluations. Evaluation results in Course Evaluation View are only accessible to the Vanderbilt community for personal use.

Degree Audit
The Degree Audit application allows students and advisers to track students' progress toward the degree. For instructions on utilizing the degree audit, select the appropriate user guide for your school or career.

Direct Deposit
Direct deposit functionality allows the Office of Student Accounts to deposit refunds into your personal banking account. For additional information, please visit the Office of Student Accounts.

Graduation
The Graduation Confirmation Form gives candidates for the degree the opportunity to review and/or request updates to information listed on the diploma and in the Commencement program. The form is only available in YES for a specific period of time each term, and is only available to degree candidates in that term. Instructions for utilizing the Graduation Confirmation Form are available here. General information about graduation can be found here. Information about the Commencement ceremony and related celebrations is available through the Commencement office.

Message Center
The Message Center is an online application that allows university officials and students to communicate in a secure environment. For additional information, please see the user guide for administrators or the user guide for students.

Mobile YES
YES Mobile allows students to register for classes. Students can also view their course schedules and grades. For additional information, please see the YES Mobile user guide.

MyApp VU
In MyAPP VU students can view their application summary and test scores.

Personal Information
The Personal Information application allows students to update contact information including home address, local address, phone numbers, and emergency contact. In addition, students can select a pronoun for use on class rolls and residence hall rosters. For instructions, please see the user guide.

Student Registration
Please visit the Registration Information page for detailed information about registration at Vanderbilt. For assistance utilizing certain features of the registration application, please see the user guides. Holds can be placed on students' registration accounts for a number of reasons. Holds appear on the landing page when students log in to YES. A hold pertaining to the State of Tennessee's immunization requirements is placed on the registration account of all incoming students. Transfer Credit
Currently enrolled students can submit external courses for evaluation by Vanderbilt faculty for transfer credit. Information and instructions are available on the Transfer Credit Course Review webpage.

Writing Studio Appt.
Currently enrolled students can request an appointment with a Writing Studio consultant.
