Course and Teaching Evaluations – School of Nursing

Students are strongly encouraged to complete course evaluations each term.

Completing Your Evaluations

  1. You will receive a welcome email when the window opens for your course and teaching evaluations. The message will include a link to your task list, which contains all of the classes for which you are requested to submit an evaluation in a given term. Evaluations close at 10:59 p.m. Central Time on the “Ends on” date listed.
  2. Click on a row to be taken to the evaluation form for that class.
  3. The welcome message will appear. Click Start Now to proceed to the evaluation form for the specified class.
  4. Complete questions about the course. Please take care to answer each question. You will not be able to edit answers once the form has been submitted. If you need to return to the task later, you can click Save at the top of the page.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Select the instructor(s) you will be evaluating. You will be prompted to answer
    questions related to each instructor you select. You will not be able to proceed unless you select at least one instructor.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Complete questions about the instructor(s).
  9. When you have completed the questionnaire, click Submit
  10. You will receive a message confirming successful completion of the questionnaire. Any outstanding questionnaires will also appear on this page. Click Start Now to begin your next evaluation.
