Graduate and Professional Transfer Credit

Graduate Students

Graduate students seeking transfer credit should utilize the Graduate Transfer Credit Request form: https://vanderbilt.kualibuild.com/app/67ddba2f71573a02816714f3/run.

Professional Students

Students in the Divinity School, Law School, Owen Graduate School of Management, School of Medicine, and School of Nursing, as well as professional students in Peabody College and the School of Engineering, should contact their school's Office of Academic Services for assistance.

Official Transcripts

In order for a transcript to be considered official, it must be sent directly from the issuing institution to Vanderbilt University/the Office of the University Registrar. 

An official transcript with a qualifying grade is required in order for transfer credit to be posted to the Vanderbilt record.

Electronic Delivery:

Some institutions provide secure electronic delivery of official transcripts via third-party vendors such as Parchment. These electronic transcript submissions may be made to   external.education@vanderbilt.edu .
