Application Links

Academic Record: Displays career information, academic details for the Vanderbilt record, and external information such as previous schools attended, test credit, transfer credit, and test scores. From this page, students can download unofficial transcripts and view their academic adviser in the Academic Details section. Select the adviser's name to open a new email message.

Anchor Link: Helps organize students’ involvement in on-campus activities and centralizes information for student organizations.

Billing Portal: Allows students to view the Vanderbilt e-Bills and make any necessary payments.

Brightspace: Vanderbilt’s Learning Management System.

Course Eval Results: Search and view course and teaching evaluations by subject, course number, title, or instructor.

Course Withdrawal: Available after the end of add/drop and until the deadline to withdraw for a term. Links to an online form to request to withdraw from a course.

Degree Audit: View academic requirements and progress toward the degree. Also features a what-if function to allow students to browse additional plans and programs.

Direct Deposit: Set up account information for direct deposit of student account refunds.
Financial Aid: Allowsstudentsto view scholarship, loan, and grant information.

Graduation Confirmation: Form to verify student information priorto graduation.

Graduation Intent: Available to graduate students only, form to declare intent to graduate.

Handshake: Connect to internship and professional opportunities.

Immersion Vanderbilt: Links to Vanderbilt’s Immersion program.

Individual Study: Available during the enrollment period for each term, allows students to submit a request to enroll in an independent or directed study.

Mobile YES: Access to the YES mobile app.

Online Module Program: Student accountability modules. Available to incoming students only.

Personal Information: Update contact information and personal information, including emergency contact information.

Student Accounts: Access financial information such as scholarship data and 1098-T forms.

Student Registration: Features class search and links to the online catalog.

Transcript Request: Links to the external Parchment application for ordering transcripts.

Transfer Credit: Current and admitted students submit courses for evaluation.

Writing Studio Appt: Book an appointment with a Writing Studio consultant.
