Within 24 hours of the time the Office of Student Accounts or the VU Loan Office enters your payment in their system, the Office of the University Registrar is notified to release your transcript. If you clear your hold and need to immediately pick up a transcript you have ordered, you must ask the Student Accounts or Student Loan Office to override your hold so that your transcript can be released immediately.

Because transcripts are confidential documents, only the person to whom they belong can request them. However, students can submit a signed request and indicate in the request that their transcript(s) may be picked up by a designated third party.
