The Office of the University Registrar provides verbal and written verification of the following information regarding a student’s Vanderbilt degree.
    • Degree
    • Graduation Date
    • Major(s)
    • Minors(s)
    • Academic Honors

When requesting a degree verification, please provide as much of the following information as possible about the graduate:
    • Full name at the time the degree was awarded
    • Social Security number
    • Date of birth
    • Dates of attendance
    • Vanderbilt degree(s) awarded

If you are requesting the degree verification be faxed or mailed, also please include:
    • The address or fax number where the verification is to be sent
    • A daytime phone number or e-mail address where you may be reached should we have questions concerning your request
